Our cola-est Wild Pass skin yet-Soda Pop Ahri is here! She’s so-darn cute and you’ll earn tons of new goodies as you sip your way through the pass. Only enemy champions can be hit by this effect. During the freezing time, the frozen enemy champion cannot be targeted and is immune to damage.After hitting the Cryoblossom and striking an enemy, it will apply a stasis effect to your foe. When the Ice Dragon is killed and the map transforms, the Cryoblossom will appear.If Ice Dragon is the first dragon to spawn and be defeated in the game, Elemental Rift will transform and spawn Icy Paths, which will grant you movement speed.Slaying Ice Dragon will granting you Ability Haste.It's time to chill out with the arrival of Ice Dragon! If you equip the emote on a champion with any less mastery than that, and your emote will be grayed out and unusable.Reminder: content will be released throughout the patch. From there, this emote grows and changes along with the relationship, morphing into something new at level 6 and again at level 7. Once you reach level 5 with a champion, you receive an emote to show off your dedication. You may have level 7 Mastery with Blitzcrank, but what if you’re playing as someone else? If you don’t want to look like a chump with your backup champ, you’re gonna have to put in those hours all over again.

Your mastery level wouldn’t mean much if we just gave it to you, now would it? Not to mention the fact that each individual champion has their own Mastery level. As you can see above, the amount of Mastery required just about doubles at each level, so getting to level 7 is no small feat. I know what you’re thinking: “Seven levels? No sweat!”

So if the Ahri on your team has level 6 Mastery, you can probably trust she knows what she’s doing. That badge isn’t purely cosmetic though: it’s also a very good indication of your skill and the skill of everyone else you’re playing with. There are 7 levels of Mastery, as indicated by the badge displayed on champions in the gallery, player profiles, and during matchmaking. Starting at level 5, you earn fewer points just for playing matches, but the points earned based on performance stay the same. The specifics are a little too mathy to go into here, so just know that playing your best in close, high stakes matches will usually result in the quickest climb! The amount of Mastery gained during a match can be seen at the bottom of the Victory/Defeat screen and is determined by a bunch of factors, like game mode, length, and your personal performance. Of course, doing well in a match earns you extra points, so your efforts are always worth it. It’s as simple as that! You earn some Mastery for every single game you play, even the ones you lose, so your level progress is always moving forward-just like your skill. You gain points every time you play with a champion, and the more points you earn the higher your Mastery level rises. Mastery is a system that rewards you for playing with your favorite champs. Mastery in League of Legends: Wild Rift is easier than all that, but it still takes a lot of hard work and dedication! So grab your favorite champ and get playing-that Mastery won’t earn itself! What does it take to become a master? For some it’s 10,000 hours, for others it’s 2 years and $100,000 in tuition fees.
